WWJD? Tell a story taken from everyday life that contained a parallel to the point he was trying to make.

“Jesus was a painter. Not in the traditional sense. His artwork was not viewed with the eye nor was it made with brushstrokes and paint. Vultures

We arrived at the second location on our mission trip in Jamaica when my wife pointed out the vultures perched on top of the church. What we saw spoke for itself. There is no safe place, death is never far off. Somewhere in our religiosity and our knowledge of historical precedence, we view the church as an asylum, a safe place from the darkness and death that dominates the world but the vultures are still all around us. One Nation under God

Let me start by saying, I am not an American. This is not me distancing myself from my southern cousins or attempting to make some type of political statement, it is just context for the reader. I do not write from experience but instead I write from observation.
