I Need my Eyes Checked
We all need to have our eyes checked. No, this isn’t an ad by The Association of Optometrist and Eye Specialists (made the name up) or a reminder sponsored by a manufacturer of lenses or frames. This is me saying that how I see things isn’t always the way they actually are. What I see is limited by the flaws of my human existence and controlled by my willingness to accept that what I see is not how things really are. Is it the same way for you? (more…)

It is the Best of Times, It is the Worst of Times
I’m new to this blogging thing so if I have crossed some line by stealing someone else’s line and adapting it so that it becomes my line, please forgive me. If I haven’t crossed any line then all I have to say is, “what a great title, so well written you would swear it was a classic.” Stolen, modified, and repurposed all to describe last Sunday.
