Sometimes There Is No Beauty in the Changing of the Seasons

The leaves fall off the trees with little fanfare, at least in my backyard. I have seen better, more beautiful, more colourful, but not here where I live. Some of the trees are almost completely empty. The only sign that this is fall was the ugly yellow or brown colour that had replaced the green and then fell off the trees. (more…)

An Open Letter to All Church Leaders

Do not take a step on your own. Avoid using the Lord’s name in vain by claiming your ideas and dreams are all from God. Lead from a place of humility understanding that you serve God by serving those who are a part of the collective of Christ followers under your care. The Truth

It is easier to avoid than to address but that is not what we are called to do.

Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming.
