Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” Matthew 22:37-40 (NIV)
Brother Dave, it is a great AND needful question. Some Scriptures, some spiritual principles we have heard often and in my case even taught often, but the REAL key is to meditate on what those Scriptures and Principles truly mean, applied to our lives!! We have to COMMUNICATE God’s love to others, IN A LOVING WAY, allow the Holy Spirit to do His work, and then continue to PRAY, for them which in itself is an act of love!! Great message, short, sweet yet right on target!! God bless!!
That’s some truth! If we never worry about our loved one’s relationship with Jesus, then we might need to be concerned about our own!
