There is only one right way to live, total reliance on God.
It seems like a lifetime ago and a world away. The truth is, it was only fifteen years ago and about one hour away by car, from where I live. I used to call it a publicity stunt or theatrical marketing, now I just call it out of the question. That season has passed and along with it the physical strength needed to accomplish the demanding task. I admit it, I am old, or at least older. I never want to stop carrying my cross, obediently following Jesus’ command, however I am far beyond my literal cross carrying years. (more…)
Some fight to redefine the norm and gain acceptance while others fight to redefine themselves and be accepted. We like to think it’s okay to be different from person to person because each person is unique, but the truth is we all want to be normal, whatever that means. (more…)
Sin makes us feel naked and ashamed in the presence of God but it cannot be addressed by covering it up or hiding.

It was June 1st of this year that I promised in my blog post Don’t Make Me Tell You Twice that I would blog about the other two times I heard God speak to me in an audible voice.
