I’m Sorry

I don’t know how you feel about the relationship between bloggers and the bloggers who follow their blog but to me it is a friendship that is formed around the love of God and the love of writing. I look at those who follow my blog not only as friends but as brothers and sisters in Christ. I see the relationship we have formed as a loosely followed handshake agreement to meet up on the pages of each other’s site to read the newly posted material. Am I glad there is not written contract as I would be in breach and in danger of some form of penalty. I’m sorry I have not lived up to my side of the agreement!

When It All Comes Crashing Down

We teeter on the edge, hoping and praying that things will get better. It has been a hard year for everyone and it doesn’t seem to be getting any easier. How many of us entered 2020 with reservations? How many of us, even the most negative of us, could have imagined what has happened? The answers to these questions really don’t matter. If you were worried, if you did imagine a year like the one we are having, what difference would it have made?

Sometimes We Overlook What Has Become Ordinary

As you read this post my body will be processing the last bit of “Special K” I had yesterday. Ever since the “Special K” entered my body I felt different, as a matter of fact I immediately felt drowsy. Slowly I have been coming around, starting to feel more and more like myself but truth be told “Special K” causes me to experience the world in a totally different way. I don’t have “Special K” often but I do have it regularly, this is life for me two days every six months. Sometimes we overlook what has become ordinary.
